Tegemist on kaera baasil valmistatud 100% taimse tootega ja sobib seega suurepäraselt neile, kes lehmapiima ei saa tarbida.

Kaeras on lisaks teistele kasulikele mineraalidele ja vitamiinidele ka kolestoroolitaset langetav kiudaine beetaglükaan.
